At the end of July, a desulfurization mill production line built by ZGM INDUSTRIAL was successfully put into operation in Qinyuan, Shanxi, China. This production line adopts the wet limestone desulfurization process, which meets the requirement of powder fineness of 325 mesh and 90% sieve rate, and solves the problem of excessive sulfur dioxide produced by the coal combustion of the customer's power plant.
The client is a large power plant, which belongs to Shanxi Mingyuan Energy Group. In order to meet the national environmental protection requirements, the desulfurization improvement was carried out. After many consultations with the customer, we finally chose to cooperate with ZGM INDUSTRIAL among many manufacturers, and purchased and installed our company's main star product - the European version of the powerful mill YGMQ1800. This equipment is used to process limestone with particle size less than 30mm. After the customer uses the desulfurization and grinding production line of China Base Industry, the final fineness and output of the finished product have reached the customer's expectation, making the factory's production conditions fully meet the national environmental protection requirements.

The flow and configuration of this limestone desulfurization and grinding production line are frequency conversion belt feeder + European version strong mill YGMQ1800 + pulse dust collector + supporting fan + gas conveying equipment. The layout of the desulfurization production line is reasonable, the equipment operates stably, the finished material meets the customer's desulfurization process requirements, and the tail gas emission meets the local environmental protection requirements. The customer said that he has obtained economic benefits beyond expectations and is very satisfied with our company's equipment and services. He plans to cooperate with ZGM INDUSTRIAL and add two more production lines in the future.
Before the equipment was put into production, our company's technicians and engineers came to the project, surveyed the site in detail, and explained and communicated with customers in detail, including the performance characteristics of the equipment, operation guidelines, precautions and maintenance skills, etc., to ensure the smooth production line run.
