Recently, a frame crushing production line built by ZGM was installed in Xi'an. The project adopts a two-stage crushing and closed-loop return material screening process. The processed material is quartz, with an output of 150 tons per hour. The finished product size after crushing is below 100mm. The production line was planned and designed by ZGM as a whole. It fully consider the customer's on-site conditions and selected the modular jaw crushing station produced by us. The installation of the main equipment was completed in just three days. The process design of the entire production line is reasonable, the layout is compact, and it is energy-efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly!

According to the actual situation of the customer, we configured the primary crushing equipment MK-J106 frame jaw crushing station and the modular secondary frame crushing station for it. The raw material quartz is transported to the MK-J106 frame jaw crushing station by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. After screening, the unqualified materials enter the secondary crushing station for crushing. The materials after secondary crushing enter the vibrating screen for screening. Among them, the materials larger than 100mm will return the secondary crushing station again for crushing, and finally produce finished aggregates sized less than 100mm.
