Production situation：The client of this EPC project is a large state-owned unit in Beijing. The project is an intelligent processing and environmentally friendly crushing production line for construction waste. The entire production line adopts high-quality thickened module steel frame structure. The equipment has a long service life and is free of foundation installation at the production site, saving the cost and time of making concrete foundations. The production line is equipped with an intelligent control system, which can not only reduce labor costs, but also monitor the operation status of the equipment online.
Construction waste is transported by a vibrating feeder and enters a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed materials are transported by a belt conveyor to a P6S380 high strength hydraulic impact crusher for further crushing. The materials after secondary crushing are screened by a Y6S2460 vibrating screen. Finished materials that meet the requirements are directly output, and those that do not meet the requirements are crushed again by a P6S380 high strength hydraulic impact crusher.
