Production status: The project is located in East Timor and the raw material processed is river stone. River stone is one kind of silicate mineral with hard, wear-resistant texture and stable chemical properties. River stone has abundant resources, relatively low collection cost and high application value. Based on the material characteristics of river stone and the production requirements of customers, ZGM Industrial has planned and designed a crushing sand production line with production of 70-80 tons per hour. At the same time, three specifications of finished materials are produced, respectively, 0-5mm sand and 5-20mm, 20-40mm aggregate. The finished material will meet the use needs of high grade concrete, serve the local infrastructure construction, and the sand and stone co-production improves the comprehensive utilization rate of the material.
The material is rough broken by the jaw crusher PE500*750, the equipment adopts high quality material finishing, can withstand strong impact; Optimized deep cavity structure, crushing strength is outstanding; The overload protection mechanism ensures the smooth operation of the equipment. The coarse material produced is transported to PFV1010 by conveyor for the second fine crushing. The impact crusher adopts high wear-resistant material blow bar, which has a longer service life. Equipped with self-weight safety device, so that the crusher runs more stable. The stone after secondary crushing enters the vibrating screen YS1548 to separate out two kinds of stones, the stones that meet the finished particle size are transported to the finished material pile by the belt conveyors, and the other part of the material is returned to the impact crusher for reprocessing.
