According to the customer’s local hard rock composition characteristics and on-site geographical conditions, the main crushing part of the production line is equipped with a frame-type jaw crusher and a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The frame-type design greatly reduces the cost of on-site installation and debugging, making it more stable and flexible. The entire production line has a compact layout, a smooth material handling process, and a small footprint. It achieves the goals of high efficiency, high output, and low cost, and achieves higher output benefits with smaller investment costs for customers.
The raw material processed by the customer is a common local hard rock. This production line uses ZGM industrial PE jaw crusher and DG single-cylinder cone crusher as the main equipment, and is equipped with ZSW feeder and Y6S vibrating screen as auxiliary equipment. It produces four kinds of finished fine sand and gravel aggregates below 50mm, with a production capacity of 240-310 tons/hour. The finished product is mainly used as local infrastructure construction and construction aggregate materials. The project finally achieved the goals of compact equipment layout, scientific process flow, and considerable production capacity.
