Production situation：The raw material processed by the customer this time is river pebbles, with a production capacity of 120-150 tons per hour. According to the actual situation of the customer, combined with customer needs, on-site inspections and technical guidance, our company has configured the ZY-4 integrated mobile station developed and produced by ZGM Industry for the customer, which integrates crushing and screening functions.
The material enters the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen to obtain finished materials of 20mm and below. The material larger than 20mm will be returned to the impact crusher through the belt conveyor for re-crushing.
